Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

Because our application offers downloadable digital poster files, we generally do not issue refunds after a purchase has been completed or a premium download has been accessed. Please make sure that you have previewed your edits and selected the correct poster design before making any purchases or starting your final render.

2. Cancellations

If you have subscribed to any premium plan or regular membership, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

3. Exceptions for Refund

We may offer a refund under the following special circumstances:

• If you were charged multiple times for the exact same transaction due to a technical error on our platform.
• If the premium downloaded file is fundamentally corrupted and our support team cannot fix the issue within 48 hours.
